Hundreds thousands of fatigue test cycles, exceding EN safety standard requirements!

This are the results of an innovative composite technology: carbon fibres are directly woven in a tubular patterm with no junctions and then are molded at very high pressure onto the hi-grade butted alloy tube. Conventional wrapped up handlebars are made with jointed sheets of carbon fiber fabric and then molded at a rather moderate pressure.
Benefits are a more efficient fiber orientation, a much more constant wall thickness with a drastical reduction of weight and critical areas.

UltraBar, UtraBarUL and UltraPush excede EN standard fatigue and static test requirements.
Useful graphics enable fast and precise lever and shifter positioning.

UltraBar,UltraBar UL and UltraPush should be only used in combination with a stem that features well rounded edges at the bar clamp (bar clamp diam. 25.4mm), just like Extralite UltraStem UL3.
