Crash Replacement Policy
Crash Replacement conditions apply to the original owner of the following wheels:
CarboCamber, HyperGravel, CyberDisc, CyberClimb.
- 35% discount on rims structurally damaged in a crash.
- Damaged rims should still show serial number.
- Valid for 2 years to the original purchaser only.
- Wheel has to be shipped to Extralite, rim will be replaced at 35% discount + assembling and shipping cost.
When ready please ask for servicing authorization code and shipping instructions.
- Local lacing can be accepted at the specified conditions (see below).
Local lacing
In case you want to replace the rim at a local wheel-builder of your choice we can still provide the spare rims/parts at the Crash-Replacement discount at the following conditions:
- Clear photo of the cut out section of the rim with its serial number (well readable).
- Explicit confirmation that you'll take the full responsibility of the assembly.

- Lacing Berd spokes requires specific skills and tools, in case your local wheel builder is not yet familiar with all that should learn the instructions on Berd site first, then could ask additional tips to us directly.
